Transmute Energy

Do you want to find out how to transmute energy? We are energetic beings. Our bodies are pure energy.

But this energy can become dense and cause energetic blockages.

If we don’t transmute energy, our bodies will find ways to release it, often in negative ways, such as crying or anger.

Transmuting energy will help us to raise our vibration and awaken our consciousness. It’s an essential tool for spiritual growth.

What is transmutation and transmute energy?

Transmutation is the transformation of dense energy into subtler energy.

In our energetic body, the cosmic energy accumulates at the base of the spine in the Muladhara or root chakra. That’s what ancient traditions know as “kundalini.”

Sexual energy, the energy that accumulates in our root chakra, is our life force.

When our kundalini awakens, so does our consciousness. But for that, we need to transmute energy

In transmutation, we control and direct the prana or cosmic energy inward and upward.

We transform it into superior energy that has several functions in our body and psyche.

What is kundalini?

What is kundalini?

Two ganglionic cords emerge from the testicles in men and from the ovaries in women. They twist in the spinal cord in the shape of an eight and go to the brain.

These two energetic channels are where kundalini ascends through the spinal cord.

We have two energy poles, one masculine or positive pole and one feminine or negative pole. The first is in the brain (the cerebrospinal system), and the other is in the heart (sympathetic system).

The third pole (the kundalini) comes from the union of the solar and lunar Atoms in the TRIVENI, located in the coccyx.

Kundalini is the cosmic energy that sleeps in our base chakra. When kundalini awakens and starts to rise through the spine, it activates the chakras.

It also awakens when we transmute energy. There are many ways to transmute energy, but pranayamas are one of the easiest ways to do it.

What is pranayama?

The word “pranayama” comes from Sanskrit. “Prana” is the vital life force, while “Yama” means “gaining control”.

Pranayama is the practice of controlling breathing to regain control of the movement of prana.

The practice of pranayama is vital in yogic disciplines.

By controlling the movement of prana in our bodies, we can transmute energy.

How alchemists used pranayamas to transmute energy?

All Alchemists in the Middle Ages were called “blowers” because, during the exercise of alchemy, they were using their nostrils to transmute energy.

They practiced Pranayama and thus controlled their energies, raising them to the brain.

Why do great bellows always appear in Alchemist Laboratories?

People thought they were actually physical bellows, to be blowing the burning embers.

But it’s more than that!

Bellows represent the nostrils and lungs that alchemists use during pranayamas to control and sublimate their creative energies.

Preparation before practicing pranayama

The room for the practice of Pranayama should not be damp, nor should it be poorly ventilated, or dirty. It should be a clean, pure and a neat room.

You can also practice pranayama  in nature, in the mountains, by the sea, etc.

Here, the point is to find a room with clean air and good energy because that is the energy that will enter your body.
